Barcelona, Barcelona, Barcelona … like in an opening scene of a Woody Allen movie, I end up in this big sunny city in 2012, full of ideas, hopes, dreams, questions and aspirations. What better way to get to know my new home than on walkabouts with my loyal friend Mr. Camera. Follow me on my afternoon tour along the beach for my first Meetup. This Meetup group; ‘Photography in Barcelona‘ is organised by Ben Evans and Harry Marshall. The group is one of the biggest photography Meetups in Barcelona. Their monthly PhotoWalks are relaxed, fun, educational but also a great way to meet new people and catch up with the regulars, perfect for a newcomer like me. They also organise other photography classes for anyone wanting to develop their skills.

I have been a freelance photographer since 2005, offering down to earth and modern photographic services; from weddings to corporate events and portraits including artists, families and pets.

Barcelona is a vibrant place where there is always plenty to do and see, and let’s not forget to mention its great food and nice people. Coming from the UK, it’s amazing to see a blue sky almost every day and a real treat for any photographer to be in a place with such nice … I mean GORGEOUS light.
